Par contre, je félicite Luigi Cocilovo pour l’excellent travail qu’il a fait sur la base de cette directive "Eurovignette", dont la limite essentielle est qu’elle ne constitue pas une politique européenne de tarification, mais un cadre réglementaire pour des politiques nationales de tarification.
On the other hand, I congratulate Mr Cocilovo on the excellent work that he has done on the basis of this ‘Eurovignette’ Directive, but the basic limitation of this is that it is not a European charging policy, but a regulatory framework for national charging policies.
